"This coaching journey wasn’t just about professional development—it was about personal liberation. I’ve come to love myself more deeply, accept myself with greater compassion, and show up more presently in both my personal and professional life. I’m no longer rushing through the day on autopilot. Instead, I’m leading with purpose, grace, and confidence. Lacey didn’t just change how I work—she changed how I live."
The Impact of Coaching:
How has life coaching impacted your life, both personally and professionally? Are there specific changes or improvements you've noticed?
Lacey brings a fun personality and an extreme wealth of knowledge to each session. She was able to identify certain patterns of thoughts and navigate how to bring awareness to them in the moment. Once I became aware of the patterns more often, I was able to look at them in a more opportunistic, rather than pessimistic, fashion. This awareness helped both personally and professionally.

My biggest insight that happened as a result of our coaching sessions was:
I am walking away from this experience believing in and loving myself, both personally and professionally, in a way I never have before. Lacey helped me recognize that resilience, capability, vulnerability and worth were attributes that have always lived inside me, just waiting to be seen. Though I am still learning how to navigate my emotions and late-term ADHD diagnosis, I feel equipped to move forward with a sense of purpose, grounded confidence and faith that will continue to guide me. It’s not an exaggeration when I say that this experience has profoundly changed my life.

Reflections on the Coaching Relationship:
What was it like working with your coach? How did their support make a difference in your journey?
Lacey’s calm, intuitive presence helped ground me during a major transition of change professionally. What stood out most about Lacey’s coaching is the heartfelt and deeply intuitive way she approaches each session. She didn’t just give advice—she truly heard me. She helped me see that my vulnerability in meetings wasn’t a liability, but a powerful strength. With her guidance, I learned to trust that showing up as my full, authentic self could actually foster connection and respect, not diminish it.

My biggest insight that happened as a result of our coaching sessions was:
One of my biggest shifts came in how I responded to adversity. In the past, I often felt stuck … like life was happening to me, rather than something I had the strength to move through. Our work together changed that. I have stopped viewing myself as a victim of my circumstances and started seeing myself as an active participant in my own life. I began to reclaim my mindset, my narrative, and ultimately my power. Letting go of this grand illusion of control I thought I had gave me something way better, it gave me peace, clarity, and confidence to navigate the unknown.

Reflections on the Coaching Relationship:
What was it like working with your coach? How did their support make a difference in your journey?
Working with Lacey will forever be an unforgettable experience. She was my first one-on-one coaching experience. There are so many questions and emotions when beginning with one’s first coach, and God/The Universe could not have given me a better person to work with. Not only did this elevate and encourage my coaching experience, but Lacey’s ability to be open and honest about our human experiences gave me a place to fully be myself and hold nothing back.

My biggest win when working with my nurse coach was:
One of the most transformative parts of the experience was learning how to take intentional time for myself. I began using my “screen filter”—a mental practice that helped me block out noise and distractions and not have commitments every night of the week so I could tune into my own needs and energy. Whether it was carving out moments to breathe deeply, unplug, or begin journaling, I started giving myself permission to slow down. For the first time in a long time, I felt like I could truly relax, reset, and reconnect with who I am at my core.

My biggest insight that happened as a result of our coaching sessions was:
My biggest insight was realizing that my inner child has done a lot for me that she now deserves to rest. She has gotten me this far in my journey and the coping mechanisms she used to keep me safe are no longer serving my next step. I have now added a few more resources to my toolbox, empowering me to self-soothe as needed.

My biggest win when working with my nurse coach was:
What I loved most about working with my nurse coach was: Lacey and I had a connection right from the start. I felt very comfortable talking openly and honestly with her and I was vulnerable and took this time to really dig deep and bring up some tough subjects. Lacey asked very pertinent, difficult questions that allowed me to open up and discuss what was important. Lacey is very intuitive and recognized the areas that we needed to spend more time and effort on. Lacey was able to help me focus and realize that I don’t have to please everyone and that I have to set specific boundaries. The exercises that Lacey provided gave me clarity and pointed out key areas that I have been struggling with. Nurse coaching was a very valuable program for me personally and I can’t thank Lacey enough for allowing me to be one of her clients.

My biggest win when working with my nurse coach was:
Identifying my weak points in business thought processes, and being reintroduced to the “S.M.A.R.T.” goal perspective. I realized I need to slow down and focus on why I started. Being a full time entrepreneur can be crazy, it's important to stay focused and stay true to the process. I would recommend Nurse Life Coaching because it can can really help break down the daily struggles of our day to day profession and really helps keep accountability front and center.
